Beryl Markham left an indelible imprint on this world and all that she came into contact with in her lifetime. It must have been a wonderful experience to know her personally. I feel inadequate in trying to express myself about such a marvelous lady.

A Splendid Read

A wonderful look at life in Africa in the first half of the 20th century. The stories, many auto biographical, are exciting and well written. Several stories are especially geared toward admirers
of the horse. Most are great stories for young people and teens.
