About the Author
The emergence of the High Priest Kwatamani on this planet in 1946 was heralded by his spiritualist/soothsayer Grandmother Essie. His responsibilities as a personnel administrator and affirmative action officer in Orange and Riverside counties in California accented his exceptional interpersonal and communication skills which he has re-directed towards the divine science of holistic living. His travels have carried him around the globe, serving as a research lecturer at the University of Lagon in Accra, Ghana. The High Priest has acted as CEO of holistic health enterprises and served as a healing consultant and guest speaker in various countries in Afrika, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. His message has consistently focused on holistic living, featuring raw and living foods as the primary component. As a Grand Master Chef, his years of experience and exposure to the numerous cultures and culinary styles have added an exquisite range to his recipe repetoire. In the 1970's, the High Priest Kwatamani orchestrated the First Innercourse in Philadelphia, PA, the first raw and living foods center of its kind in the United States. The High Priest continues to serve as an authority in the field through the various publications and productions of the Kwatamani Holistic Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting mental, physical, and spiritual development. Major media appearances on national and local television networks and radio stations have distinguished him as an expert on topics related to a holistic living way of life and self-healing. His lectures have inspired many from every walk of life, regardless of their age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, religion, or national origin to begin making fundamental changes in their attitudes and behaviors as major steps to holistic living health.

Wow! A living game plan for a life of Peace!

The Benu texts are taking me far beyond the "Raw and Living Foods-Green Book"! Worth every dime people! Spirits! Get it! I can throw all the other books on self-improvement, and "spiritual" concepts away! The texts put forth by Kwatamani have only continued to rock me to the core. I have been in and around cultural, yoga, new age, self-improvement circles for over 20 years, and they all had bits and pieces of the truth. (My son read the text and he made that clear to me as well). There has never been a real, practical, wholistic game plan for us to get out of this deep mess that we found ourselves in. African-Americans and the whole planet population as well. I will admit when I read some of the first texts, I gave them away to the library. I was like what kind of crap is this?! However, don't you know I had to go back and buy the books I gave away AND buy everything else that Kwatamani has put out. Actually, I was scrambling to get my hands on anything written by Kwatamani. And no, this ain't a new age guru, poverty pimp priest either. Heck, he's not even looking for any followers. If you're not sincerely seeking whole life change, this isn't the book for you, and your ego won't be able to read it. Much like folks refuse to put down their cigarettes, alcohol, pet slavery, and fried chicken and steak to say the least. If you have the guts or at least enough spiritual common sense and curiosity, get it now! This is far beyond rhetoric!
This Benu text answered so many questions of "how?". How do we move forward, specifically and detailed. It can't be read as a novel. And it won't do just to read it quickly, although if you are serious about whole life change you will, though you will come back and read it again (as recommended, to read it three times--yall know we're programmed to be lazy and want quick fixes to life's problems :) ) You will keep coming back, and you will marinate on a whole LIVING truth, that is so simple and plain, yet the shocking thing is that there is no comprehension because first of all we've been consuming dead and devitalized foods for so long, and have been blasted from every angle with "lust, lies, illusions, confusion, death and deadly destruction". (I kept wondering, why does he say that all the time? Because it needs to be reiterated so that we can wake up! Kwatamani has the guts to address the healing of male and female relationships in a whole and practical way. I guarantee no one has ever made it this plain before! He addresses the generation next, which can only be addressed by one focused on and dedicated to life, not selfishly living for the tricks and treats of this death consumption culture. I and my son have read this and all the texts. Never have I experienced such clarity and integrity! I am eagerly awaiting Book Three!

I must say that this sacred text truly influences a Counsciousness of higher peace through a divine union of the masculine and feminine presence. It provides clear nurturing expressions and examples of the complimentary energies of man he and she. This sacred text has opened my heart and stimulated my essence as a feminine being. It has also guided me in learning how to indentify and be more aware of the pale mental mindset and the dead devitalized existence that mentality creates. I recommend this sacred text to all those who are ready to detox and purge the decadent habits and behaviors that have become natural to them and to those who are seeking a true consciousness of higher peace specifically through the divine union of he and she.

Sometimes...we feel eager to transform ourselves, but we lack the awareness and wisdom to know how our actions and thoughts fuel opposition, and so without even knowing, we sabotage ourselves and future generations. This text offered the guidance that helps me on my journey to unlock the divine feminine essence, allowing me to radiate more nurturing ancestral energies.
